Hello! We’re Jeff and Wendy Tucker. The husband and wife duo behind Raindance Land Partners LLC and your trusted partners in land sales. We began this business to support aspiring landowners with vision and drive connect to the ideal land to bring that vision to life.
Our personal, attention-to-details approach is to connect with you, listen to your goals for land ownership, and find the right-fit land for your dreams or to part with a land parcel that no longer supports it.

What's in a name?
“Raindance” is the name that has come to represent the various evolutions of our dream. The first iteration of that dream was born on our horse farm. The name of my (Jeff) favorite horse and the playful waltz of precipitation on misty Wisconsin mornings became the name of my farm, Raindance - the realization of a vision had for a slice of earth. Thousands of stories are written in the memory of that land.
Raindance is now the name of our land business where it is our sincerest honor to support aspiring landowners in finding the perfect slice of earth on which to write their own story and make the process straightforward, easy, and exciting.
