Prefer to pay in full? You’ll have the option for cash purchase when we contact you for the Purchase and Sales Agreement. Once the full payment is processed, we’ll handle the paperwork to transfer the land title to your name and send it to you via mail.
Payment Option 2
Owner-Financing:
We also offer owner-financed payment plans to fit your budget so you can enjoy lower monthly payments.
We’ll send over the documents with the terms discussed and set your payments up through our secure processor.
Title Transfer and Delivery
Once the property has been paid in full, we’ll handle all of the documentation, title transfer with the county, and delivery of the documents to you.

If you pay in full, you can begin obtaining the required permits as soon as we transfer the title to your name. If you choose the seller-financing route , you will need to wait until the payments are completed as agreed and the title is transferred to your name.
