Reserve your land choice immediately by selecting the “Reserve Now” option on the listing page. One easy, non-refundable payment of $249 reserves your land. We accept ACH or Credit Card payments through our secure payment processor.

Payment Option 1

Pay in full:
Prefer to pay in full? You’ll have the option for cash purchase when we contact you for the Purchase and Sales Agreement. Once the full payment is processed, we’ll handle the paperwork to transfer the land title to your name and send it to you via mail.


Payment Option 2

Owner-Financing:
We also offer owner-financed payment plans to fit your budget so you can enjoy lower monthly payments.

We’ll send over the documents with the terms discussed and set your payments up through our secure processor.


Title Transfer and Delivery

Once the property has been paid in full, we’ll handle all of the documentation, title transfer with the county, and delivery of the documents to you.

At this time, yes, we only offer vacant land, but we like to think of it as a blank canvas. Raw land is more affordable and offers the owner flexibility to develop (or not) the land as they desire.

If you pay in full, you can begin obtaining the required permits as soon as we transfer the title to your name. If you choose the seller-financing route , you will need to wait until the payments are completed as agreed and the title is transferred to your name. You can find general zoning information on the listing details page for any restrictions.
